Affiliate Manager (Philippines)

Remote | Full-Time

We are an international digital entertainment company looking for an Affiliate Manager to help grow our partner network in the Philippines.

This role is focused on identifying, recruiting, and managing local partners, agents, and community leaders who can drive customer acquisition and business growth.

We are particularly interested in candidates who understand the Philippine market, mobile cash ecosystems, local agent networks, and grassroots customer acquisition strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and recruit new affiliates, agents, and business partners
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners
• Negotiate partnership terms and commercial agreements
• Support partners with onboarding and performance optimization
• Monitor partner activity and growth opportunities
• Research local trends, competitors, and acquisition channels
• Work closely with internal marketing and operations teams
• Maintain regular communication with partners through calls, chat, and online meetings

Requirements:

• Experience in Affiliate Management, Business Development, Partnership Management, Sales, or Community Growth
• Strong understanding of the Philippine market
• Familiarity with agent-based customer acquisition models
• Knowledge of mobile cash agents, local payment ecosystems, or community-driven sales networks is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to independently identify and approach potential partners
• Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple relationships simultaneously
• English proficiency required
• Experience in iGaming, betting, fintech, e-wallets, digital payments, or performance marketing is a plus
