Key Responsibilities
1. Creator Sourcing & Recruitment
The Daily Grind: Research and outreach to 30–40+ new creators daily across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
Vetting: Move beyond follower counts; identify creators who actually produce "content that converts" and aligns with our brand voice.
2. Affiliate & Influencer Management
Manage the full lifecycle: Sourcing, outreach, onboarding, and scaling.
Nurture long-term relationships to turn one-off posts into consistent revenue streams.
Utilize
3. TikTok Shop & Shopify Mastery
Full management of TikTok Shop: Affiliate setup, product optimization, and scaling strategies.
Ensure the Shopify backend is synced and orders are flowing correctly.
Oversee fulfillment workflows to maintain high shop health ratings.
4. UGC Strategy & Campaign Management
Brief creators on hooks, CTAs, and visual styles that drive ROI, not just views.
Analyze performance data to double down on winning creative angles.
5. Amazon & Operations Support
Provide Amazon Seller Central support (listing optimization, SEO, and backend operations).
Conduct deep-dive product research and refine offer positioning to stay ahead of competitors.
Manage customer experience and order logistics when necessary.
6. Tracking & Reporting
Maintain meticulous records in Google Sheets/Excel.
Report weekly on KPIs: ROI, CPA, Creator Output, and Revenue Growth.
Qualifications & Requirements
Platform Expert: Extensive, hands-on experience with TikTok Shop, Shopify, and Amazon Seller Central.
Tool Savvy: Proficiency in Euka (for creator management) and
The Hunter Mentality: You enjoy the "prospecting" phase and have a proven system for high-volume outreach.
