What You'll Do:

Build & Manage Our Community:
Create and grow an active ---------- community where affiliates can connect, learn, and stay motivated.

Affiliate Relationship Management:
Recruit, onboard, and support affiliates while maintaining strong relationships with top performers.

Implement Proven Systems:
Bring your experience and playbooks to establish processes, events, incentives, and communication that increase engagement and sales.

Drive Community Engagement:
Keep affiliates active through announcements, challenges, leaderboards, training, and regular touchpoints.

Performance Tracking:
Monitor affiliate activity, identify opportunities for growth, and help affiliates maximize their results.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience:
You have built and managed affiliate communities before and understand what makes them thrive.

Leadership:
You can take ownership and don't need to be micromanaged. You come in with ideas and execute.

Community Building Skills:
You know how to create engagement, foster relationships, and turn affiliates into loyal advocates.

Systems-Oriented:
You already have frameworks and playbooks you can bring to the table.

Communication:
You are organized, responsive, and know how to work with creators and affiliates professionally.
