Advanced Stripe Subscription LARAVEL Dev

This role requires deep expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex subscription-based platforms using Stripe in LARAVEL.

We are looking for a very specialised developer for this Gig of around 4 weeks, if your strong skills come through - we will hire you full time.

Applicants must have hands-on experience with several of the following:

STRIPE SUBSCRIPTIONS

- Subscription Architecture
- Multi-product subscription platforms
- Subscription schedules and phased pricing
- Complex upgrade and downgrade workflows
- Mid-cycle plan changes and proration calculations
- Free trials, promotional periods, and grandfathered pricing
- Multi-tier pricing models
- Hybrid billing models (fixed + usage-based charges)
- Add-ons and optional subscription components

STRIPE BILLING

- Revenue & Billing Operations
- Automated invoicing and invoice customisation
- Failed payment recovery workflows
- Credit notes, refunds, and account credits
- Subscription pause and resume functionality
- Customer migration between plans and billing structures

LARAVEL

Applicants must have a minimum of 5+ years of commercial Laravel development experience and be able to demonstrate the successful delivery of complex Laravel applications in production environments.

You must have extensive experience with:

- Laravel 10/11+

- REST APIs and API integrations
- Queues, Jobs, Events and Listeners
- Authentication and Authorisation
- Database design and optimisation
