About Us
We are an established IT services business with a strong client base across industries including healthcare, mining, and professional services. We are looking for an experienced IT Support Technician who can work independently, handle advanced technical issues, and manage project-based work with minimal supervision. This is not a role for beginners — we need someone who can hit the ground running.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for delivering high-level IT support, managing infrastructure projects, and ensuring smooth operations across client systems. You’ll be expected to work solo, take ownership of issues, and see them through to resolution without constant oversight.

Key Responsibilities

Provide advanced remote IT support for desktops, servers, and cloud environments.

Lead and execute IT projects (migrations, deployments, security improvements, etc.).

Troubleshoot complex network, software, and hardware issues.

Configure and manage Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and virtualization environments (Hyper-V/VMware).

Implement and monitor security best practices (firewalls, backups, MFA, endpoint protection).

Document processes and provide recommendations for system improvements.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ hands-on IT support experience (MSP experience highly desirable).

Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking.

Experience with firewalls (Sophos, UniFi, etc.), backups, and disaster recovery.

Capable of working independently and managing end-to-end projects.

Excellent problem-solving skills and initiative.

Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

Nice to Have

Experience in mining, healthcare, or industrial environments.

Certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA) are a plus but not required if you have real-world expertise.
