Administrative Support Leader

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Administrative Support Leader to assist our Real Estate Investment team with operations, lead management, and acquisition coordination. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and keeps systems running smoothly.

Position Overview
This is a contractor role (not an employee position), offering a combination of consistent monthly base pay and performance-based bonuses. You will play a key role in managing leads, supporting deal flow, and maintaining efficient systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain lead pipeline (CRM hygiene, stages, and task tracking)
Own speed-to-lead and ensure proper lead routing
Set appointments, qualify leads, and coordinate scheduling
Conduct follow-ups via SMS, calls, and reactivation campaigns (including ringless voicemail)
Support post-offer communication and follow-up calls
Move leads through the pipeline and book calls for leadership
Handle contracts, documentation, and title coordination
Maintain strong relationships with buyers and ensure buy box criteria are current and accurately reflected in systems
Ensure all follow-up tasks are assigned and completed in a timely manner
Help establish, coordinate, and maintain SOPs, systems, and workflows
Support reporting, tracking, and execution of key initiatives
Keep operations organized and running efficiently

Requirements
Must provide your own tools and resources, including:
Computer
Reliable internet access
Cell phone
Real Estate Experience: Transaction Coordination, Comps, etc.
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Experience with CRM systems (GoHighLevel or similar preferred)
Excellent communication and follow-up skills

Compensation
Base Pay determined by experience level
Performance Bonuses (per closed deal)
Bonuses are paid monthly following the close of deals

This is an independent contractor role (no employee benefits provided)
Base pay is consistent regardless of deal volume
Bonuses are tied to successfully closed deals
