JOB OVERVIEW

Admin/Email Marketing Assistant Responsibilities
-List Management: Building and maintaining email subscriber lists, ensuring compliance with anti-spam regulations.
-Campaign Creation: Designing and building email marketing campaigns using email marketing platforms.
-Analytics and Reporting: Tracking email campaign performance metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
-Automation: Setting up automated email sequences and workflows.
-Design: Creating basic email templates or working with graphic designers to develop visuals for email campaigns (optional).
-Project Support: Assisting with various projects as needed, like data entry or research tasks.
-Filing and Organization: Maintaining filing systems (physical and digital) for documents, records, and contacts.

Must-Have Qualifications
-Stable Internet Connection
-Proficient with the English language, both written and spoken accuracy and a keen eye for detail to ensure error-free work
-Basic data analysis skills to track email campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
-A growth mindset: required reading, and self-development is needed.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Comfortable hopping on Zoom at a Upgrade to see actual infont’s notice
-Comfortable working a graveyard shift, specifically from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience using GoHighLevel & ClickUp
-Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Zoho Mail, Sendgrid, GHL
-Knowledge of databases or filing systems
