You will work in different areas of the business: operations, sales, admin.
This is a full-time role where you’ll handle operational and administrative tasks to ensure our UK team runs smoothly. You’ll support sales, scheduling, reporting, and general office administration. Full training provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily reports on completed and ongoing tasks.
- Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments for the UK team.
- Assist with operations coordination (quotations, orders, client updates, task tracking).

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1 year of VA/Admin/Operations experience.
- Excellent English – both written and verbal (you will communicate directly with UK staff & clients).
- Strong Microsoft Excel & Word skills.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar).
- Confident in professional communication with customers and suppliers.
Nice-to-Have (Not Required):
- Experience with CRM systems (Hubspot, Trello, Asana, or similar).
- Background in operations or logistics support.
- Customer service experience in an international setting.

Work Schedule:
- Full-time (40 hours per week).
- Fixed schedule: 7:30am – 4:30pm UK time (Mon-Fri).
- Filipino holidays observed (except All Saints & All Souls Day).
