JOB OVERVIEW

Admin & Data Processing Specialist | Full-Time | Remote
We are a fast-growing digital media brand looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin & Data Processing Specialist to join our team full-time. You will manage client website admin data, oversee payment workflows, and handle our customer ticketing system daily.
Responsibilities

Monitor and manage the client website admin panel
Track incoming payments, clear transactions, and resolve pending or failed payments
Coordinate directly with payment processor teams for payment clearance
Monitor, respond to, and close all customer tickets within 1 hour of creation (strict SLA)
Create and categorise tickets accurately
Send a structured hourly update to the internal team via Telegram covering: open tickets, resolved tickets, payments processed, payments pending, and any flags or issues

Schedule & Availability
This is a flexible role — no fixed 8-hour shift required. You can log in and out at any point throughout the day. However, you must be available and responsive during the coverage window of 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily. All tickets must be closed within 1 hour regardless of when they arrive, and hourly Telegram reports must be sent consistently without gaps.
Requirements

Must own and use an Apple Mac computer — certain client applications are macOS-exclusive and non-negotiable
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Proficient with Telegram
Prior experience in admin, data entry, payment operations, or customer support preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to multitask and handle high volumes of tickets and payment queries
Self-motivated and able to work independently
