Admin & CRM Virtual Assistant – Help Us Scale a Fintech Startup to $1B+
Description:
We’re scaling fast and need a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Admin VA to help manage our client operations and CRM. You’ll play a critical role in supporting our application process, updating deal flow, and keeping everything running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Upload and organize client documents (statements, bank records, void checks)
Send proposals using templates (we’ll train you)
Pre-fill merchant processing applications (basic info)
Follow up with clients to collect missing docs or signatures
Update our CRM or Google Sheets with:
Deal status
Proposal date
Application progress
Equipment shipped + training scheduled
Coordinate with underwriting + our training team
Requirements:
Fluent in written English
Highly organized and detail-focused
Experience with admin or ops work
Fast learner – we’ll train you on our tools
Comfortable using Google Sheets, Docs, and Slack
Bonus: Experience with CRMs, PandaDoc, Airtable, or Trello
