Admin Assistant, Video Editing & Content Strategist

Are you creative, organized, and love helping people? Do you enjoy video editing and content creation? We’re looking for an Admin Support, Video Editor & Content Strategist to join our team!

If you’re skilled in video editing, customer service, and can complete admin tasks efficiently, with a knack for creativity and problem-solving, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

- Video Editing: Edit videos to match or exceed our current quality.
- Customer Support: Reply to emails and social media messages within 24 hours for great customer service.
- Admin Tasks: Schedule content, find podcast guests, manage customer service, and assist with business projects.
- Content Creation: Brainstorm ideas, improve messaging, and write engaging content.
- Onboarding & Calls: Shadow onboarding calls and potentially lead them.
- Strategic Thinking: Share fresh ideas, challenge mine when needed, and help with business/content strategy.

What You’ll Need:

Tech Skills:

- Video editing software (high-quality, engaging edits, quick turnover).
- Basic knowledge of Kajabi, sales funnels, and content strategy.
- Experience with Google Workspace, Loom, Canva, Zoom, and scheduling tools like Calendly.

Soft Skills:

- Great attention to detail and ability to prioritize and accomplish tasks efficiently.
- Strong English communication and customer service skills.
- Resourceful, self-motivated, and good at critical thinking.
- Reliable, punctual, and passionate about helping others.
- Open to feedback and eager to learn & grow.

Your Schedule

- Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM PST (~30 hours/week).
- Training: Start with training, then take on email support, messages, and potentially calls.
- Check-Ins: Weekly feedback calls with me and daily check-ins on Voxer for updates and questions.
