Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Admin Assistant with experience in QuickBooks and bookkeeping to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks while ensuring accurate financial record-keeping.
Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative duties, including scheduling, data entry, and document management.
Manage accounts payable and receivable using QuickBooks.
Reconcile bank statements and maintain financial records.
Assist with payroll processing and invoicing.
Organize and track expenses, receipts, and other financial documents.
Provide support to the accounting team as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Admin Assistant with QuickBooks and bookkeeping knowledge.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
