Are you a customer service pro with a knack for sales? Do you love turning leads into loyal customers? Our fast-growing snow removal & lawn care company is looking for a team member to handle client communication, close deals, and keep our operations running smoothly year-round.
30 Hours Per Week (Central Time Zone America)
What You’ll Do
Client Communication & Sales (Top Priority)
- Answer incoming chats,
- Upsell and cross-sell both lawn care & snow removal services—every lead is an opportunity
- Handle objections and close more deals by providing clear, value-driven solutions
Estimating & Follow-Ups
- Send out quotes fast, for lawn care, landscaping, and other services
- Proactively follow up on pending estimates to convert leads into paying customers
- Use Google Maps to measure square footage.
Invoicing & Payments
- Follow up on overdue invoices and ensure timely collections
- Generate new invoices as needed
- Take credit card payments over the phone, making it easy for customers to say yes
What We’re Looking For
- A sales-driven mindset—you’re not just answering calls, you’re closing deals!
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and think like a salesperson
- Previous experience in lawn care, snow removal, home services, or a fast-paced sales environment is a plus
- Comfortable using Google Maps to assist with quotes and service areas
