We’re looking for a strategic, proactive, and highly skilled Ad Engine Operator — someone who can take a brand + an offer and build the entire paid acquisition engine from strategy ? execution ? optimization.
The Ad Engine Operator is responsible for architecting, launching, and scaling paid traffic campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google/YouTube, and programmatic platforms — and integrating them with our funnel systems inside GoHighLevel (GHL).
This role requires a self-starter who takes ownership, communicates proactively, and can both create the campaign strategy and execute it end-to-end without micromanagement.
Build full paid traffic systems

Integrate ads ? landing pages ? GHL ? follow-up automations
Monitor and optimize campaigns

Your job is to engineer profitable, scalable acquisition engines for our clients.
Responsibilities:
• Paid Traffic Strategy + Execution
• Architect and launch campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and programmatic platforms
• Develop campaign concepts, hooks, angles, and offer positioning
• Build and structure testing frameworks (creative, copy, audiences, placements)
• Create retargeting ecosystems and multi-layered funnels
• Track, analyze, and optimize performance daily
• Funnel + Pipeline Integration (GHL)
• Build and/or request integrations between ads ? landing pages ? GHL pipelines
• Set up tracking, pixel events, lead forms, automations, and attribution
• Ensure leads flow smoothly into pipelines with correct tagging, routing, and follow-up sequences
• Collaborate with automation specialists when deeper integrations are needed
• Creative Strategy + Content Direction
• Write ad copy and creative briefs
• Coordinate with designers/editors for image/video assets
• Develop scroll-stopping concepts optimized for each platform
• Provide clear weekly performance reports
• Communicate updates proactively without needing check-ins
• Take full ownership of results and timelines
• Identify bottlenecks and bring solutions before issues escalate
Qualifications:
Technical Skills
• 3+ years experience with Meta Ads
• Experience with TikTok Ads and/or Google Ads
• Ability to architect campaigns, funnels, and full paid ecosystems
• Strong understanding of conversion events, tracking, pixel setup
• Proficiency with GoHighLevel: forms, pipelines, automations, triggers
Strategic Skills
• Ability to take a brand and offer ? engineer an entire campaign
• Strong ability to develop creative angles and messaging
• Can map out customer journeys and funnel stages
Operational Skills
• Self-starter with high ownership
