Position: Underwriting Specialist (Commercial Real Estate)
Type: Full-Time | Remote | Mon–Fri | 8 hrs/day
Time Zone: Start in PST, then flexible to any US time zone

About the Role:

FuelPoint is looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Underwriting Specialist to help us evaluate commercial real estate deals. You’ll analyze property data, assist in drafting LOIs and offers, and play a key role in helping our investor clients close deals.

What You’ll Do:

Perform basic underwriting and analyze deal metrics
Draft and send LOIs/offers
Work with our Lead Managers to assess opportunities
Manage and organize deals in our CRM

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in underwriting (commercial preferred)
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
Familiarity with CRMs (GoHighLevel is a plus)
Great English communication
Reliable, focused, and detail-driven
