We are a growing real estate wholesaling company looking for a motivated Acquisition Manager with excellent English skills (no accent). You’ll be responsible for reaching out to property owners, negotiating deals, and acquiring properties for our investment team.

Responsibilities:

Contact property owners and negotiate property acquisitions.
Build rapport and handle all communications over the phone.
Meet and exceed acquisition targets.
Maintain accurate records in our CRM.
Requirements:

Fluent English with no accent (must communicate clearly with U.S. sellers).
Strong sales and negotiation skills, especially over the phone.
Previous real estate and sales experience is a must.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Comfortable using CRM and sales tools.
Compensation:

Base salary + commission (with potential for high earnings based on performance).
