What You’ll Do:

- Engage with motivated sellers who have already expressed interest in selling their properties.
- Negotiate and close deals through effective communication and persuasion.
- Analyze property values using comps and market data to structure offers.
- Manage follow-ups and maintain strong relationships with potential sellers.
- Handle contracts and agreements to finalize wholesale deals.
- Update CRM systems with lead status, notes, and deal progress.

What We’re Looking For:

? Proven Experience in Closing Deals – You must have a track record of locking in real estate deals with motivated sellers.
? Excellent Negotiation & Communication Skills– Ability to handle objections, build rapport, and close deals effectively.
? Understanding of Real Estate Terminology – You should be familiar with terms like "assignment contracts," "ARV," "comps," "as-is condition," and "wholesale pricing."
? Fluent in English – Strong verbal and written communication is a must.
? Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented – We want **closers** who can work independently and hustle to get deals done.
? Tech-Savvy – Must have a computer, internet access, and a quality headset to make calls.
? Flexible & Adaptable – Ability to adjust strategies based on seller needs and market conditions.
