Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and customer-focused Acquisition Manager – Customer Relations to lead initiatives that drive customer acquisition while enhancing engagement and satisfaction. This role bridges marketing, sales, and customer success, making sure our first impression is impactful and lasting.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement customer acquisition strategies that align with company goals.
• Lead and optimize customer onboarding and engagement programs to ensure seamless transitions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and new clients to boost retention and satisfaction.
• Analyze data and customer feedback to continuously refine acquisition and communication strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and synergy.
• Manage CRM tools to track customer interactions and lifecycle stages.
• Report on KPIs and make recommendations for improvement based on insights.
• Represent the voice of the customer in strategic planning meetings

Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate acquisitions, with a strong track record of successful property purchases.
- Solid understanding of real estate market analysis, investment principles, and property valuation.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency with real estate CRM systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
