We are a fast-growing real estate investment company focused on wholesaling land and houses using a fully automated tech stack. We’ve built out our CRM system using Flex Connect, with automated messaging already integrated, and we are pulling high-quality leads through LightBox. Now, we’re ready to bring on an experienced Acquisition Manager to run appointments, build rapport with sellers, and close deals consistently.
Who We're Looking For:
A closer — someone who’s already experienced in the wholesale real estate business, understands the sales process from cold contact to contract, and thrives in a fast-paced, lead-rich environment.
Responsibilities:
Run virtual and phone appointments with motivated sellers.
Qualify leads, uncover motivation, and negotiate win-win contracts.
Manage leads and follow-up sequences through Flex Connect CRM.
Provide daily updates on pipeline activity and KPIs.
Collaborate with our dispositions and data teams to move deals quickly.
Ensure accurate documentation and contract management.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in real estate wholesaling or acquisitions.
Proven track record of closing multiple wholesale deals/month.
Familiarity with CRMs, follow-up systems, and sales scripts.
Strong understanding of wholesaling strategy, off-market deals, seller psychology, and acquisition timelines.
Confident, clear communicator who can build trust fast.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and stay accountable.
Tech-savvy with experience using systems like Flex Connect, Podio, REIReply, or similar CRMs.
Bonus If You Have:
Experience using LightBox, PropStream, or LandVision.
Familiarity with SMS drip campaigns, lead scoring, and automation.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) communication skills.
