JOB OVERVIEW

Full-Time Virtual Assistant – Accounts Receivable (SimPRO + Xero)

We are a growing North American company looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Virtual Assistant to handle accounts receivable and customer collections.

This is a long-term, full-time position for someone who enjoys working with numbers, customers, and organized systems.

Salary:
USD $800 per month (paid monthly)

Schedule:
7:30 AM – 4:30 PM Mountain Time
(9:30 PM – 6:30 AM Philippines time)

Your Main Responsibilities:

Follow up on unpaid invoices by email and phone

Send statements and payment reminders

Track payments and outstanding balances

Work with invoices created in Simpro

Apply and reconcile payments in Xero

Keep customer accounts accurate and up to date

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong experience using SimPRO and Xero

Experience in accounts receivable or collections

Excellent English communication (written and spoken)

Comfortable contacting customers about payments

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Stable internet and quiet home workspace

Nice to Have:

Experience working for US, Canada, or Australia-based companies
