Position Summary
Packform USA LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Analyst to support the company’s accounting, finance, credit, and customer operations functions. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day accounts receivable activities, including cash application, customer payment reconciliation, invoice and credit memo support, customer inquiries, aging review, collections support, and credit analysis.
The role will also support Packform’s customer credit and insurance review process, including coordination with Allianz Trade for credit limit support, customer risk review, account monitoring, and documentation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, comfortable working U.S. Pacific Time hours, and able to operate in a fast-paced technology-enabled packaging distribution environment.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable Operations
• Manage daily accounts receivable activities, including payment application, account reconciliations, invoice review, and customer account maintenance.
• Apply customer payments accurately, including ACH, wire, credit card, Paystand, direct rail, prepayments, overpayments, and customer deposits.
• Research and resolve unapplied cash, short payments, duplicate payments, credits, and unapplied customer balances.
• Assist with credit memo processing, customer refunds, payment adjustments, and rebill requests.
• Support reconciliation of customer prepayments, deposits, and open credits to ensure proper application and reporting.

Customer Account Support
• Respond to customer, dealer, and internal team inquiries related to invoices, statements, payments, account balances, credits, and deductions.
• Review and resolve customer disputes in coordination with Sales, Operations, Customer Support, and Finance.
• Prepare and distribute customer statements, aging reports, and account summaries as needed.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and internal stakeholders to support timely resolution of AR matters.

Collections and Aging Review
• Assist with monitoring customer aging reports and identifying past-due balances requiring follow-up.
• Support early-stage collection activities, including payment reminders, account research, and documentation of collection activity.
• Escalate high-risk, disputed, or significantly delinquent accounts to Finance leadership or the Credit Management team.
• Help ensure customer accounts remain in good standing and that collection efforts are properly documented.
Credit Analysis and Allianz Support
• Assist with customer credit reviews, including analysis of payment history, aging exposure, credit limits, order activity, and account risk.
• Support customer credit limit requests, credit file documentation, and credit decision workflows.
• Work with internal Finance, Sales Support, and Operations teams to review customer credit exposure and recommend appropriate next steps.
• Assist with maintaining and monitoring customer credit insurance coverage through Allianz Trade.
• Support Allianz-related documentation, including customer credit limit requests, coverage updates, claim support, renewal information, and account monitoring.
• Escalate credit concerns, delinquency risks, coverage gaps, or uninsured exposure to Finance leadership.

Systems, Reporting, and Process Improvement
• Work within NetSuite, Paystand, Packform Platform, HubSpot, and other accounting or operational systems as needed.
• Maintain accurate AR records and support month-end close activities, including reconciliations and reporting.
• Assist with AR reporting, including aging analysis, unapplied cash, customer credits, payment trends, and DSO-related metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve AR processes, reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and strengthen internal controls.
• Support testing, documentation, and implementation of system enhancements related to AR workflows.

Required Qualifications
• Must be able to work U.S. business hours, specifically with coverage during Pacific Time (PT) working hours.
• Minimum 3–5 years of accounts receivable, accounting operations, credit, collections, or finance operations experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• Must have credit analysis experience, including reviewing customer credit risk, payment history, aging exposure, credit limits, financial information, and supporting documentation.
• Experience working with or supporting accounts receivable credit insurance programs, preferably including Allianz Trade or similar credit insurance providers.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Advanced Excel skills preferred, including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, reconciliations, aging analysis, and reporting.
• Experience using ERP or accounting systems; NetSuite experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with payment platforms such as Paystand, Stripe, ACH, wire, credit card, or merchant processing workflows preferred.

• Experience in packaging, distribution, e-commerce, manufacturing, logistics, or technology-enabled businesses.
• Experience supporting U.S. customers, dealers, sales teams, or finance teams.
• Familiarity with HubSpot tickets, customer service workflows, or shared service ticketing processes.
• Understanding of sales tax, resale certificates, customer credits, and invoice adjustments.
• Exposure to month-end close, AR reporting, DSO metrics, and internal controls.

Reporting Structure
The Accounts Receivable Analyst will report to the Accounting, Finance, or Accounts Receivable leadership team and will work closely with Operations, Sales Support, Customer Service, Credit Management, and the broader Finance organization.
