About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist with a strong background in Vantaca to oversee invoice processing, collections, and customer account reconciliations. This role is crucial in ensuring the timely collection of payments from US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate and send customer invoices accurately and on time.
Track customer payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
Handle collections and resolve billing disputes with clients.
Maintain accurate AR records and reconcile customer accounts.
Ensure timely cash application and monitor aging reports.
Assist in preparing financial reports related to AR.
Comply with US financial regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
Hands-on experience with Vantaca (Required).
Strong knowledge of US accounting standards and AR best practices.
Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
