Hi,
I run a small freelance marketing business in Australia, and I’m looking for someone to help with light admin and account support in my system called Moxie.
This is a very small ongoing role (around 1-2 hours per week to start with), helping me keep my account organised and up to date. The work is simple but I need someone reliable and detail-focused.
Tasks will include:
Logging expenses in Moxie (I will
Checking projects and time logs are correct
Updating client records
Generating invoices both one of and recurring.
General tidy-up of my system
Occasionally, I may also need help with:
Building Statements of Work in Moxie
Setting up project templates
Updating project details
Learning more about how to use Moxie features to keep my business organised
Overall I need some who really wants to understand how Moxie works as you will have access to most of its features.

Requirements:
Good attention to detail
Comfortable using Moxie or a strong desire to learn.
Reliable and organised - happy to communicate via

Happy to do small tasks carefully
Nice to have (not required):
Experience with Moxie, Xero, or invoicing systems
Experience with admin or accounts support
Experience working with freelancers or small businesses
