JOB OVERVIEW

Purpose of the Role:

To support the Finance team with accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory management and admin tasks

Essential Responsibilities & Functions:
- Bill entry
- Supplier invoices
- Supplier credits
- Prepare payment batches
- Weekly
- EOM
- Liaise with purchasing for overseas invoices
- Liaise with operations with receipting queries
- Bank reconciliations
- Liaise with local suppliers for missing invoices, incorrect invoice charges
- Checking bills pending are entered
- Exchange rate variance between bill/bill payment/journal/IR
- Checking unbilled purchase orders in NS
- Follow up supplier for invoice
- Check warehouse SS for stock issues
- Checking unapplied creditor payments/bill credits
- Assist with outgoing/incoming calls
- Credit Card payments
- Processing credits
- Customer returns
- Price adjustments
- Checking unapplied customer payments/credits
- Customer statements
- New credit account setups
- Credit card reconciliation
- Inventory Management
- Inventory management – Financial
- Allocate landed costs
- Balance clearing accounts
- Balance FX rates

Requirements:
-Confident with good overall communications skills add a strong understanding of the English language
-Able to speak to all internal and external stakeholders and not be afraid to ask questions
-Previous accounts payable experience.
-Available to work from Monday to Friday, AEDT / AEST Time.
-Strong Internet Connection
-Own Equipment
