As we continue to grow—especially with our recent expansion into Walmart—we’re looking for a dedicated Accounting / Office Administrator to support our financial and operational processes.
Job Responsibilities:
• Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable – Manage invoicing, payments, and financial transactions efficiently.
• Order Entry – Oversee the entire order process, ensuring seamless tracking from order placement to final payment receipt.
• Bank & Transaction Reconciliation – Maintain accuracy across all financial platforms, including bank accounts, credit cards, and PayPal.
• Financial Reporting Support – Assist the CFO with income statements, balance sheets, and other key financial reports.
• Purchase Order Tracking – Work closely with the CFO and Operations to monitor payments, ensuring timely and accurate final billing.
• Collaboration – Work directly with the CEO, CFO, and Operations Manager in a small, hands-on team environment.
What we are looking for:
• Strong experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial administration.
• Proficiency in NetSuite
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive in managing financial records. .
• Must be able to work during the hours of 9 AM to 5 PM MTN time.
