The Role:
We're seeking a CPA-qualified professional to lead our bookkeeping team, ensuring flawless financial reporting and efficient operations. You'll be responsible for maintaining the exacting standards that come with CPA oversight while helping us scale our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review all financial deliverables for accuracy and GAAP compliance
- Lead and mentor our team of bookkeepers
- Oversee monthly close process and deadlines
- Ensure accuracy of:
- Bank reconciliations
- Profit & Loss statements
- Balance sheets
- Cash flow statements
- Month-end reports
- Monitor team workload and performance
- Streamline processes for better efficiency
- Maintain quality control systems
- Handle client communications through CRM
- Provide guidance on complex accounting issues
- Implement standardized procedures across accounts

Required Qualifications:
- CPA qualified
- 1+ years accounting experience
- Strong GAAP understanding
- Proven bookkeeping expertise
- Leadership qualities
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
- Excellence in English communication
- Experience with financial report review
- Remote work capabilities
