Accounting & Finance Manager

Snoice is seeking a long-term Accounting & Finance Manager to help maintain accurate financial records, improve financial visibility, and support business decision-making.

This role combines bookkeeping, financial reporting, budgeting, dashboard management, process improvement, and financial analysis. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with numbers, building systems, identifying trends, and helping leadership understand the financial health of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile financial records in QuickBooks Online
• Perform monthly close procedures and ensure books are accurate and up to date
• Prepare monthly financial reports, P&Ls, and financial summaries
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, deposits, and profitability
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Track labor, food cost, COGS, prime cost, and profitability trends
• Support catering profitability and sales reporting
• Build and maintain dashboards and KPI reports
• Create custom reports using QuickBooks and Google Sheets
• Identify opportunities for automation, cost savings, and process improvement
• Document financial SOPs and workflows
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to leadership

Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Strong experience with bookkeeping, accounting, and financial reporting
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Google Sheets
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and communicate proactively
• Experience supporting small businesses preferred
• Food & beverage experience is a plus

• Books are closed by the 10th of each month
• Financial records are accurate and organized
• Dashboards and KPI reports are consistently maintained
• Leadership has clear visibility into business performance
• Opportunities for savings, automation, and growth are regularly identified
