This is Full time position with EST US day office hours.

TASKS:
Demonstrates Accounting and Finance Analytics proficiency, showcasing interest and experience in financial management
Proficient in Excel, including the use of formulas and pivot tables
Experienced in preparing monthly and year-end financial statements
Well-versed in tax and regulatory compliance guidelines
Exhibits a keen attention to detail
Exceptional time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Demonstrates a career-oriented mindset, seeking growth and development within the company
Work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Proficient in relationship-building, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Experience with accounting cycles (cash receipts, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, payroll)
Expertise in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of tax and regulatory compliance guidelines

RESPONSABILITIES:
Oversee all accounting functions
Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings, including journal entries and audits
Generate accurate financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in accordance with GAAP and regulatory compliance
Develop budgets
Collaborate with the CEO and Operations leaders on strategic projects

REQUIREMENTS
5 years of hands-on experience in Accounting
Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Excellent English, both written and speaking
Proficient with excel, word, pdf and Quickbooks.
Able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment and multi task
