Responsibilities:
• Manage client invoices.
• Manage invoices from advertisers promptly and accurately.
• Coordinate with management to ensure all billable items are properly invoiced.
• Track client ad spend budgets ensuring accurate and detailed records.
• Provide insights into financial trends and make recommendations for improvement.
• Provide weekly reports
Qualifications
• Proven experience in accounting, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
• Proficiency in Accounting with Google Sheets
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
