Hourly Rate: $5.00 USD per hour

Working Hours: Semi-flexible, with 20-40 hours per week depending on demand.

About the Role:
We’re looking for detail-oriented and proactive Account Managers to manage multiple client accounts (up to 10) within our agency. You will be responsible for scheduling content posts, providing content inspiration, and ensuring client engagement by analysing social media performance. You will work closely with our engagers to ensure smooth collaboration and overall account growth.

Key Responsibilities:
? Schedule Posts: Follow our training to schedule posts for up to 10 influencers accounts, ensuring content is delivered consistently and on time.
? Motivate Clients: Share engagement outcomes from their social media posts, providing motivation by showing them the impact of their efforts.
? Content Inspiration and Advice: Offer content inspiration and creative advice to help clients produce engaging and high-performing content.
? Collaborate with Engagers: Work with the engagers to ensure that subscriber engagement aligns with the overall content strategy and performance goals.
? Watch Staff Training Videos: Learn all processes, tools, and techniques through our comprehensive staff training videos to ensure success in your role.

Key Requirements:
? Account Management Experience: Prior experience managing social media accounts, influencers and creators is highly preferred.
? Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with clients and provide constructive feedback on content and performance.
? Time Management: Manage up to 10 accounts simultaneously while maintaining quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
? Team Player: Collaborate with engagers and other team members to ensure seamless execution of account strategies.
? English Proficiency: Excellent written English to ensure effective communication with clients and internal teams.
