Account Manager (Commercial Real Estate Marketing)

Location: Remote (Philippines)
Compensation: $1,650 – $2,200 USD per month (based on experience)

Overview

BTS Brands is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee client relationships within the commercial real estate (CRE) sector. This role acts as the primary liaison between clients and our internal design, development, and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

Manage 15–25 active CRE client accounts

Lead onboarding calls and recurring strategy meetings

Translate client objectives into actionable tasks for internal teams

Monitor deliverables, timelines, and quality control

Upsell additional services (SEO, Property Plugin, retainers, etc.)

Coordinate via Asana, HubSpot, Slack, and email

Maintain high retention and client satisfaction

Qualifications

3+ years experience in digital marketing account management

Strong written and verbal English

Organized, deadline-driven, detail-oriented

Familiarity with websites, SEO, and digital marketing workflows

CRE experience preferred

Technical Requirements

Fully remote workspace

Personal computer (modern specs)

Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps recommended)

Quiet, professional call environment
