Job Duties Include:
- Mastering the Caregiver Training University online Learning Management System (LMS)
- Assist current and future senior care companies to provide our state-approved training courses to their staff and meet all necessary reporting requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inbound calls and
- Serve as door opener by proactively reaching out to new prospects to qualify, follow-up with warm inquiries, and cultivate new prospects through referrals from current clients and industry relationships.
- Schedule Webinar Demos for new prospective subscribers
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process following successful sales transactions
- Maintain relationship with current clients, keeping them engaged with our trusted brand
- Develop and implement e-mail communication to current clients (and video communications when appropriate) to maintain engagement
- Develop account plans and strategies, in conjunction with management, to deliver customized proposals to corporate franchises and large companies and business development partners
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to align strategies and deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
- Learn and implement our Copper CRM system, including implementing reports to identify client subscription renewals and new opportunities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Develop expertise in our industries: senior home care and digital marketing
Qualifications for the Sales Account Manager Role:
- College degree preferred
- Excellent English Communication Skills
- Experience in a customer support or customer-facing role using
- Possess a goal-driven mindset and desire to succeed in a fast-growth environment, with a willingness to work towards achieving targets and receiving commission.
- Computer savvy
- Zen: You can handle stressful situations with a calm and helpful attitude.
- Guidance: Help our customers discover how to get the most value from our product with helpful tips and resources.
- Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to proactively listen while juggling multiple tasks to meet client needs in a fast-paced digital environment. Be able to confidently ask questions and shift gears quickly when needed. As a digital product, we are race car drivers, not row-row-row-your-boaters.
- Detail-Oriented: STRONG attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Passion: You enjoy resolving issues and have a strong belief in good, genuine customer service.
- While Senior care industry knowledge is helpful, it is not required as long as you possess compassion for seniors. We are in a growing industry as the oldest age is 115.

Technical Requirements:
- Must be located in Metro-Manila or an area with reliable electricity
- Access to stable internet connection
- Working laptop or desktop (intel core i5, amd ryzen3, amd ryzen5 or higher)
- Noise Canceling Headset
- Must have back-ups for connection and power lost
- Preferable with Quite Workspace
