Role Summary
As an Account Manager, your role is to ensure that our partners and clients have a successful experience from onboarding through long-term account management.
You will be responsible for building strong relationships, guiding clients through the onboarding process, ensuring successful implementation, and serving as their primary point of contact. Your goal is to help clients maximize the value of our platform while maintaining high levels of satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
What You’ll Do
Lead onboarding sessions and ensure a smooth transition for new clients.
Guide partners through platform setup, widget installation, and account activation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned client accounts.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client questions, concerns, and ongoing support.
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure clients remain engaged and successful.
Identify opportunities to improve client adoption and overall account health.
Coordinate with Product, Development, Sales, and Operations teams to resolve client issues efficiently.
Maintain accurate account records, client interactions, and progress within the CRM.
Proactively identify upsell, cross-sell, and partnership opportunities where appropriate.
Advocate for client needs by communicating feedback and improvement opportunities to internal teams.
