About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior/Account Manager who thrives in fast-paced agency environments and knows how to build strong client relationships while driving strategy and execution across digital campaigns. You’ll lead a diverse portfolio of clients, acting as their trusted digital advisor and managing internal teams to deliver results that exceed expectations.
Your Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for your portfolio of clients, ensuring campaigns align with their business goals
Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, Social, Display, Web)
Conduct discovery sessions, performance reviews, and present clear, actionable reports
Collaborate with in-house specialists across SEO, Google Ads, Web Development, and Creative
Troubleshoot campaign or client issues with strategic thinking and proactive communication
Upsell and expand services based on identified growth opportunities
Maintain high client satisfaction and strong retention through clear value delivery
What You Bring
3+ years in a digital account management role (agency experience strongly preferred)
Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital campaign workflows
Confident managing 20–40 clients concurrently across multiple industries
Excellent communication, presentation, and client education skills
Skilled in digital tools including SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and CRMs
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage technical briefs and timelines
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience working with eCommerce, health, beauty, construction, or service-based industries
Graphic design or content strategy experience
Previous recognition for outstanding client support or campaign innovation
