Your Role:
As an Account Manager, you will focus on proactive engagement, long-term relationship building, and driving business growth through customer retention and expansion.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer success and account management strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and take proactive action to address concerns.
- Analyze customer data to improve customer experience and optimize ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- Create and maintain customer success metrics, playbooks, and databases.
- Make recommendations and drive initiatives to improve overall customer success and satisfaction.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in account management, customer success, or similar customer-facing roles.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Analytical skills to interpret customer data and derive insights.
- Experience with CRM software and tools, such as HubSpot.
- Knowledge of customer relations best practices and strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Availability to work US hours, split shifts, or weekends to accommodate business needs and ensure optimal coverage.

Technical Requirements (Device):
- Laptop/Computer (at least 8GB RAM)
- Headset (preferable noise canceling microphone)
- Fast/Stable Internet Connection (At least 10 Mbps)
