Key Responsibilities:

Work directly with clients to analyze their credit reports and develop tailored plans to improve their credit scores.

Identify and dispute inaccuracies or negative items on clients' credit reports.

Educate clients on credit repair processes, best practices, and strategies to help them improve and maintain their credit scores.

Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the credit repair process, addressing any questions or concerns.

Manage client accounts, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.

Monitor client progress and provide regular updates on improvements or challenges.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure clients receive comprehensive support across their auto refinancing and credit repair needs.

Maintain detailed records in the company’s CRM system.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in credit repair, credit counseling, or account management (preferably in the finance or credit repair industry).

Fluent in English (both spoken and written).

Strong understanding of credit reporting systems and credit repair best practices.

Ability to analyze and interpret credit reports and financial statements.

Excellent communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and other relevant tools.

Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
