"As an Account Manager, you'll be the bridge between our clients and delivery teams—turning business goals into measurable automation results.
You'll build strong client relationships, translate objectives into actionable workflow projects, track execution, and ensure every solution delivers real value.

Responsibilities
? Own a portfolio of client accounts end-to-end — from onboarding through outcome delivery
? Define client goals and set measurable targets (e.g., 10x intake, 95?ficiency gain)
? Design and recommend automation workflows and UI solutions for clients
? Coordinate with developers, VOMs, and operations to ensure on-time deployment
? Run regular client syncs and produce progress updates
? Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
? Escalate blockers and manage client dependencies proactively
? Maintain account data in the tracking system (target dates, challenges, solutions)
Requirements
? 2–4 years of account management, client success, or operations experience
? Strong understanding of workflow automation concepts (Workato, ClickUp, Zapier, or similar)
? Excellent written and verbal communication — comfortable presenting to clients
? Analytical mindset — able to define KPIs and track against them
? Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously
? Bonus: familiarity with ad operations, digital media, or B2B SaaS
