JOB OVERVIEW

For over 6 years, The Credit Brothers has helped Americans fix their credit and unlock real goals — buying a home, financing a car, qualifying for business funding. We're an established, fast-growing US company with a flagship program that genuinely changes people's lives.

With over 1 million followers across social media, we've built a reputation we're proud of — and we hold a high standard for the service we deliver to every client. We're looking for a rockstar to complement our team, help us protect that standard, and grow with us.

###Why you'll love this role###

- Stability — a real, established US company (6 years strong and growing), not a here-today-gone-tomorrow gig
- A clear path forward — start on a paid trial, prove yourself, and step into a full-time role with room for your pay to grow
- Meaningful work — you'll help real people repair their credit and change their financial future
- A team that's got your back — you'll work right alongside our US Client Success team as a valued part of it
- 100% remote — work from home

###The role###

You'll be our Account Coordinator — the first friendly face new clients meet, and a key part of their experience with us. Working as part of our team, you'll be the secondary support to our US-based Client Success team, owning client onboarding from start to finish: welcoming new clients, getting them set up, collecting what we need, and keeping them moving — by phone and Zoom. You'll then stay with the client through their journey, handling ongoing document needs, invoices, and keeping everything on track.

This is a client-facing role. You'll be on camera and on the phone with US clients regularly, so confidence and clarity in English matter as much as being organized.

###What you'll do###

- Welcome and onboard new clients by phone and Zoom
- Collect and verify documents and information; walk clients through setup (including credit-monitoring enrollment)
- Keep onboarding moving — fast and accurate is the goal
- Manage payment-schedule invoices and follow up on installments
- Provide ongoing client support throughout the program (new documents, login issues, questions)
- Work closely with our US Client Success team as their secondary support
- Keep our systems accurate and up to date ( ---------- , our CRM, Dispute Fox)

###Hours###
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM US Central Time, Monday–Friday
This is an overnight shift in the Philippines (roughly 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM Manila time). Please only apply if you can work these hours reliably.

###Must-haves###

- Excellent spoken and written English — confident, clear, and personable on phone and Zoom with US clients
- Comfortable on camera — professional and warm on a video call
- Reliable high-speed internet, a working webcam and headset, and a quiet place to take calls
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive — you chase things until they're done
- Able to work US Central business hours (above)

Strongly preferred
- Credit repair experience — disputes, credit reports, basic FCRA/FDCPA knowledge.
- Familiarity with tools like ---------- , GoHighLevel, Dispute Fox, and IDIQ / IdentityIQ

###The setup###

- Starts as a paid 4-week trial, part-time (set hours within our 9–6 CT window)
- If it's a great fit, it becomes a full-time position

Pay: $7/hour for the trial, with room to increase when you move to full-time
100% remote

###How to apply — please qualify yourself###

To show us you read this post, start your application with the word "CREDIT."

Then, the most important step: send a short video (1–2 minutes) introducing yourself in English. Tell us about your experience and why you'd be a rockstar with our clients — we want to see how you come across on camera.

Also briefly answer:

- Do you have credit repair experience? If so, describe it — what you did, and which programs or tools you used.
- Can you work 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM US Central Time? (Yes / No)
- Confirm your setup — your internet speed, and that you have a webcam, headset, and a quiet place to take calls.
