JOB OVERVIEW

Academic Support and Learning Program

Our church nonprofit is building a long term training and selection program for individuals who may later support our nonprofit initiatives.

This is a paid remote training program for applicants who enjoy studying, learning, writing, research, tutoring, and academic support work.

We are looking for college graduates, college degree holders, straight A students, or academically strong college level students who are studious, reliable, eager to learn, and serious about producing quality work.

This opportunity is best for someone who loves to study, enjoys learning, communicates well, writes clearly, and has the potential to become a strong tutor or academic support person for nonprofit related programs.

Character and Reliability Required

Before anything else, character and reliability come first.

We carefully evaluate character during the first sessions. Many people may be intelligent or academically capable, but if we do not see reliability, respect, honesty, quality work, and strong work ethic early on, we will not be able to continue with that applicant.

We are looking for people who:

• Follow through on commitments
• Communicate respectfully
• Provide consistent progress updates
• Complete assignments they start
• Take responsibility seriously
• Stay responsive and professional
• Show honesty, discipline, and good character
• Take pride in producing clean and quality work
• Have strong study habits and academic discipline

If an applicant stops responding, disappears, abandons work midway, submits careless work, or fails to communicate, the program will end for that applicant.

Our nonprofit depends on people who finish the work they start and care about the quality of what they submit.

About the Training Program

Participants will complete structured study modules and produce academic work.

The program includes:

• Research based essays
• PowerPoint presentations with speaker notes
• Organized written work based on assigned topics
• Proper citations and references
• Final capstone project

The program evaluates:

• Writing ability
• Research and analysis
• Communication
• Discipline and consistency
• Professionalism
• Integrity
• Ability to learn and follow instructions
• Quality of submitted work
• Attention to detail

This program is designed for applicants who enjoy studying and learning and want to strengthen their academic and professional skills.

Pay and Program Structure

• Pay ranges from PHP 4,500 to PHP 7,000 per completed program
• Final compensation may depend on the agreement, applicant qualifications, program track, work quality, and completion requirements
• Program includes 15 structured modules
• Program length is an 8 week session
• Program is self paced and competency based
• Strong applicants often finish in about 7 weeks
• Payment is based on successful completion of the required program work
• Applicants must complete the full program requirements
• Poor quality, incomplete, careless, copied, or non original work will not be accepted

Each module requires:

• APA style essay
• PowerPoint presentation with speaker notes
• Proper citations and references
• Organized academic writing
• Original work
• Quality writing and clear presentation

Module 15 is the final capstone project.
