We are now looking for an exceptional builder who can help us eliminate manual work, reduce errors, create systems, and use AI to transform how our company operates.


ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring an Automation & AI Architect to design and build systems that make our business faster, smarter, and more scalable.

This is not a basic VA role.

This role is for someone who can independently solve problems, build workflows, connect tools, improve reporting, and create automation that saves hundreds of hours of work.

You will work directly with leadership and have a real impact across multiple departments.


WHAT YOU WILL HELP BUILD

Examples of projects include:

• Hiring automations and candidate workflows
• Financial dashboards integrating Mercury and QuickBooks
• Automated reporting and reconciliations
• Guesty data extraction and operational reporting
• Tourist tax workflows and reporting
• Compliance reporting to government entities
• AI assistants trained on SOPs and company knowledge
• Internal tools to reduce repetitive admin work
• Systems that reduce human error and increase speed

TECHNICAL BACKGROUND

We care more about what you can build than what tools you know.

You may have experience with tools such as:

• ChatGPT / Claude
• Zapier / Make / n8n
• Google Sheets / Excel
• APIs / scripts
• Dashboards / databases
• No-code / low-code tools

If you can build solutions, we are interested.


IDEAL EXPERIENCE

• 3 to 6 years of relevant experience preferred
• Experience improving business processes
• Experience building automation independently
• Experience working remotely with international teams

Hospitality experience is a bonus, not required.


WORK SCHEDULE

• Full-time position
• 40 hours per week
• Some overlap with Lisbon time zone for communication
