Position: Online Posting and Client Capturing Specialist

Objective:

-Post vehicles on social media, focusing primarily on Facebook Marketplace, and guide interested parties. Ensure clear communication and provide comprehensive and detailed information so potential buyers can make informed decisions in their preferred language.

- Make appointments for the clients and follow up

Requirements:
- Experience in sales and skills in selling through social media.
- Vehicle posts on social media

Additional Considerations:
- This job is remunerated solely through sales commissions; there is no hourly pay.
- Payment will be made via PayPal.
- Ideal as an extra income or part-time job. There are no fixed-hour requirements; consistently generating leads and sales matters.
- Your ability to communicate effectively and in the appropriate language is crucial.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Vehicle Posting
- Post the photos and videos I'll provide weekly on Facebook Marketplace.
- Explore other social media platforms, such as Instagram, eBay, etc., to attract more customers, with Facebook remaining your primary focus.
- Paraphrase or adapt the description to give each post a unique touch.

2. Multilingual Communication with Prospects
- Our clients primarily speak Spanish, English, and Portuguese. Be prepared to communicate in these languages directly or using translation tools.
- A trained teaUpgrade to see actual infomber will handle the call if a client wishes to speak Spanish or English.
- Answer all queries and guide them on prices, down payments, and interest rates.

3. Data Collection and Scheduling Appointments
- If a customer shows genuine interest and is ready for an appointment, collect their details and send the information to the group chat as soon as possible.
- Coordinate an appointment, ensuring a specific day and time for the customer to visit the dealership.
- Provide the assigned salesperson with all the collected data and the vehicle information so they can be well-prepared when the client visits.

4. Follow-up and Closing
- Encourage interested parties to schedule an appointment and visit the dealership.
- Keep track of the client and do follow-ups
