Job Overview:
We seek a motivated and proactive Appointment Setter to join our rehabilitation campaign team. As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients who may benefit from our rehabilitation services, scheduling consultations, and ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads for our rehabilitation specialists.
Responsibilities:
-Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients who have expressed interest in our rehabilitation services or who fit our target demographic.
-Engage potential clients in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and educate them about the benefits of our rehabilitation programs.
-Schedule appointments for consultations with our rehabilitation specialists based on client availability and preferences.
-Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments scheduled using our CRM system.
-Follow up with clients who have expressed interest but have not yet scheduled an appointment to encourage them to take the next step.
-Collaborate closely with our rehabilitation specialists and support staff to ensure seamless client transitions and high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as an appointment setter, sales representative, or in a similar role preferably within the healthcare or rehabilitation industry.
-Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage scheduling and client information.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
-Proficiency in using CRM software or similar tools to manage leads and track progress.
-Knowledge of rehabilitation services or healthcare terminology is a plus.
