API & Zapier Integration Specialist

About the Role:
Woosender Inc is looking for a brilliant, tech-obsessed Automation and Integration Specialist to connect, optimize, and expand our ecosystem. We aren’t looking for someone who just hooks up basic, two-step Zaps. We need a professional who understands the underlying architecture of data transfers, raw APIs, webhooks, and complex workflows.

You will have total ownership over managing integration workflows, mapping backend data fields, and ensuring that information flows seamlessly between our core systems without data drops.

Key Responsibilities:

Advanced Workflows: Design, test, and deploy multi-step automated sequences in Zapier using complex conditional paths, filters, data formatters, and custom loops.

API & Webhook Customization: Build custom integrations using Webhooks by Zapier, REST APIs, and native HTTP request modules to connect tools lacking pre-built integrations.

Data Auditing & JSON Parsing: Ensure inbound/outbound JSON data fields pass perfectly between applications. Troubleshoot payload errors and sync mismatches immediately.

Error Handling Infrastructure: Implement strict catch-and-retry error boundaries to ensure critical software automations don't silently fail during high-volume transfers.

Documentation: Write pristine internal runbooks for every workflow you build so the system logic is easily maintained as we scale.

Requirements:

Technical Footprint: 3+ years of dedicated experience managing advanced Zapier architectures, webhooks, and raw REST API endpoints.

Platform Literacy: Deep familiarity with data formatting (JSON parsing, arrays) and foundational web mechanics. Experience deploying custom JavaScript or Python snippets inside "Code by Zapier" steps is a massive advantage.

Flawless English Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English. You must be able to explain technical data flows clearly and collaborate with the engineering team.

Self-Governance: You are a strategic builder who values data accuracy, tests automations systematically before shipping, and doesn't require constant micromanagement.
