Robo3PL is a state-of the art 3PL powered by robots and other automation, based in Utah, USA. We offer the best service and the best prices in the industry, and we are growing LIGHTNING FAST as a result.

We handle warehouse and fulfillment for some of the fastest growing brands in ecom, specializing in supplements, hydration, clothing and other small-item fulfillment. We are expanding our customer service team to help take incredible care of our incredible customers.

Weekly Salary 150 to 300 USD (9,113 to 18,227 Peso)

On a daily basis you will:
Answer a high volume of chats and emails from our clients
Perform order update tasks in various tools (cancellations, address changes, etc)
Coordinate with other tea ---------- mbers in supports our clients
Assist with miscellaneous projects (data entry, order updates, etc)
Review order data in various tools to ensure all client orders are shipped on time

Applicant needs to be well versed in the following:
Can handle a high pace setting, answer many chats and email every hour
Ability to change context quickly to work with many varied clients
Can work US business hours (exact shift TBD)
Shopify expertise a must
Excellent written and verbal English
Excel knowledge
Google sheets knowledge
