- Available full-time, Monday–Friday (Must)
- Strong internet connection (Must)

What You'll Do
- Generate image using prompts on Higgsfield/ Flow
- Generate AI Video clips using prompts on Higgsfield/ Flow
- Add captions, text overlays, and on-screen hooks
- Create multiple hook variants per video
- Work inside Notion daily for all briefs, feedback, and project management
- Turn around one complete video with all variants within 2 days

Pay / How to Apply/ Trial Period

Step 1 - Send application about your past experience and link to showcase your work (Must)
Step 2 - Mention "Blue" in application - If you don't mention this word at the top your application you won't be considered for role
Step 3 - If we like your initial work you will have a 15 minute interview with team manager
Step 4 - If team manager gives go ahead you will have a 15 min call with founders
Step 5 - You will be given videos to watch and trial task to complete (On Trial Pay Only)
Step 6 - If all approves you will be onboarded for 2-4 weeks Position
Step 7 - If work effort is consistently good after this you will be hired on full time position with opportunity to earn bonus commission
