AI Video Operator (Short-Form Content Creation)

About the Role:

We are hiring an AI Video Operator to create high-converting short-form videos (15–45 seconds) by replicating proven, high-performing content.

You will be provided with:

* Reference videos
* Scripts
* Access to AI tools
* Complete training and workflow documentation

Your responsibility is to recreate the reference video using different avatars, subjects, and visuals while maintaining the same structure, pacing, and overall style.

This is a systems-driven execution role. We are looking for someone who can follow a proven process with precision and consistency.

Responsibilities

* Analyze reference videos and break them down scene-by-scene
* Recreate scenes using AI image and video generation tools
* Write and refine prompts to generate realistic, high-quality visuals
* Generate and animate scenes using tools such as Veo 3.1, Kling, Higgsfield, Seedance, Heygen or similar platforms
* Create voiceovers using ElevenLabs or equivalent AI voice tools
* Edit all assets into a polished final video
* Match the pacing, timing, framing, transitions, and style of the reference content
* Deliver completed videos ready for publishing

Requirements

AI Content Creation Experience

* Experience with AI image generation tools
* Experience with AI video generation tools
* Understanding of prompting and prompt iteration
* Ability to maintain character and visual consistency across scenes

Video Editing Skills

* Experience with CapCut, Eleven Labs or similar software.
* Strong understanding of pacing, cuts, transitions, timing, and retention-focused editing.
* Ability to produce polished, professional-quality videos.

Work Style

* Detail-oriented and highly organized
* Able to follow instructions exactly
* Comfortable working within structured systems and workflows
* Reliable and available for daily work
* Strong English communication skills
* Able to meet deadlines consistently

Important

This is NOT a creative director role.

You are not expected to invent concepts, scripts, or video structures.

Your primary responsibility is to:

1. Study the reference video
2. Replicate the structure, pacing, and style
3. Execute consistently using our proven workflow

6. Your availability (hours per day and days per week). Expectation is of minimum 3-4 hrs a day.
