Role Overview
The AI Agent Manager will oversee the deployment, optimization, and daily management of AI agents and automated assistants across the organization. You will bridge the gap between operational needs and AI tools, ensuring our agents perform accurately and safely to support our teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Agent Supervision & Optimization: Monitor AI performance to ensure accurate, on-brand, and helpful outputs.
- Prompt Engineering & Training: Refine instructions and knowledge bases to improve resolution rates.
- Workflow Integration: Identify operational bottlenecks and collaborate with department heads to deploy AI solutions.
- Quality Assurance & Auditing: Audit outputs to prevent errors, hallucinations, or compliance issues.
- Feedback Loop Management: Act as the primary point of contact for staff feedback regarding AI tools.
- Vendor & Tech Liaison: Collaborate with IT and software providers to troubleshoot and implement updates.
Qualifications
- Company Knowledge: Current employee in good standing with a deep understanding of our business objectives and processes.
- AI Fluency: Familiarity with LLMs and workflow automation; experience with prompt engineering is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to use data to identify trends and solve technical performance issues.
- Communication: Ability to translate technical AI concepts for non-technical tea
