AI Workflow & Automation Specialist (Remote)

The Role

We are looking for an AI Workflow & Automation Specialist to design, build, and maintain practical AI systems that support daily operations and internal teams.
This is not a purely technical role — we are looking for someone who understands business workflows, not just tools.

You will help implement and optimise systems using tools such as:
n8n
OpenRouter
Claude (including Claude Co-Work)
Knowledge systems such as 1brain or similar

Key Responsibilities

Design and build AI-powered workflows using n8n
Integrate AI models via OpenRouter
Use Claude to create practical, high-quality outputs (emails, documents, summaries, etc.)
Implement and manage a central knowledge base (e.g. 1brain)
Develop prompt structures and templates for different business use cases
Work closely with management to identify opportunities for automation
Support and train tea ---------- mbers in using AI tools effectively
Continuously improve workflows based on real usage

Skills & Experience

Essential:
Experience with workflow automation tools (ideally n8n or similar)
Strong understanding of how to use AI tools in business environments
Experience working with APIs (basic to intermediate level)
Ability to translate business needs into simple, practical solutions
Strong problem-solving skills
Good written and verbal communication

Highly Desirable:
Experience using Claude, including Claude Co-Work
Experience with AI prompt engineering and optimisation
Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Make, or similar
Experience building knowledge bases or using vector databases
Experience working with remote or distributed teams
