A.I. Video Manager + Editor

We are hiring an AI video operator to create short-form videos (15–45 seconds) by replicating existing high-performing content.

You will be given:

Reference videos
Scripts
Access to AI tools

Your job is to recreate the same video using a different avatar/subject and deliver a fully finished video ready to post.

This is a system-based role. You will be trained on our exact workflow and are expected to follow it precisely.
What You’ll Do
Watch a reference video and break it into scenes
Recreate each scene using AI (image/video generation)
Use prompting to generate realistic visuals
Animate scenes (Veo, Kling, or similar tools)
Add voice (ElevenLabs or similar)
Edit everything together into a final video (cuts, pacing, timing)
Deliver a complete, polished video

Requirements
Experience with AI tools (video, image generation, or voice tools)
Basic understanding of prompting (how to generate consistent visuals)
Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
Ability to follow instructions EXACTLY
Strong attention to detail (framing, lighting, realism)
Comfortable with repetitive, system-based work
Reliable and available to work daily
Good English communication
IMPORTANT

This is not a creative role.

You must be able to:

Look at a video
Replicate the same structure, pacing, and style
Execute consistently using a defined system

Please list experience with ai tools to create videos as well as with video editing. Please include screenshots of proof of you using the tools as well as video examples using ai to create fully made ai videos.
