AI Video Editor (Short-Form & Long-Form)

Reshape Digital Solutions is a social media and content agency scaling our video production with AI at the core. We're hiring an experienced video editor who has already integrated AI into their editing workflow — not as a goal, but as their current standard practice.
This is a senior-level role. You know short-form content inside and out — hooks, pacing, captions, platform formats — and you have the portfolio to prove it. More importantly, you have built systems around your craft. You use tools like Higgsfield, Remotion, CapCut AI, Descript, or similar, and you can walk us through exactly how.
We are growing quickly and building the infrastructure to match. The right person for this role is someone who can produce at volume, adapt fast, and contribute to how we build our editing operation — not just execute tasks inside it.
REQUIREMENTS:

Demonstrated AI-assisted editing workflow with tools you actively use today
Strong portfolio of short-form social media content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
Deep understanding of hooks, pacing, captions, and platform-specific formats
Ability to deliver consistent quality at volume with minimal oversight
Availability to prioritize client deadlines — other clients welcome, conflicts are not

NICE TO HAVE:

Experience building or overseeing an editing team
Familiarity with Airtable-based content calendars or agency pipelines

PAY:
$6–$10 per short-form edit. Long-form rates discussed in interviews. Rates are negotiable for candidates who bring advanced AI systems, higher output capacity, or team-building capability.
